Well-being is at the heart of the principles of Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a very old Indian science and deeply related to the circadian rhythms, that is to say the daily biological rhythms.
Indeed, its basic rules are: wake up early, take care of yourself for at least half an hour by practicing a self-massage with essential oils and doing some physical exercise.
Then, have breakfast and go out with a smile. It is recommended to eat meals at the right time, but especially always at the same time, both at lunch and dinner. You should choose easily digestible foods such as vegetables and rice, avoid mixing raw and cooked foods, as this slows down digestion and, finally, restricts the amount of food … and the turn is played.
The International School of Naturopathy offers you a complete training where you will learn the practice of Ayurvedic massages as well as the very foundations of this ancestral practice.
* The term massage refers to manual practice for the purpose of well-being, excluding any medical purpose.
